Applus+ acquires K2 Ingeniería, environmental consulting company in Colombia

Applus+ is pleased to announce the acquisition of the entire share capital of K2 Ingeniería S.A.S (K2), a provider of environmental consulting and monitoring services based in Bucaramanga in Colombia. The experienced senior management team will continue ensuring a smooth integration with Applus+.
K2 was established in 1999 and currently employs 257 professionals serving five key service lines: Environmental Consulting, Environmental Monitoring, Technology, Water Engineering, and Power Engineering. Its revenue in 2021 was €13 million.
