Applus+ announces that Mr. Ramon Fernandez Armas has been appointed as Executive Vice President of the Energy & Industry Division.

Barcelona, 16 December, 2016.- Applus+ is pleased to announce that Mr. Ramon Fernandez Armas has been appointed as Executive Vice President of the Energy & Industry Division. All the regional areas of this division will report to him.
Mr. Fernandez Armas was the Executive Vice President (EVP) of SEAMEAP (Southern Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia Pacific) region of the Energy & Industry Division following the integration of the former RTD and Norcontrol-Velosi divisions in 2015. Prior to this, he was the EVP of the Applus+ Velosi division, and previous to that, he was the EVP of Applus+ Norcontrol Spain, having managed across this division in a variety of senior roles since 1998.
After one year of the successful integration of the Energy & Industry Division and following this appointment, Mr. Fernandez Armas will continue to strengthen and further integrate the division under a single leadership to develop its full potential. The current regional EVP’s of the division, Mr. Morrison, Mr. Voulon and Mr. San Juan, will report to Mr. Fernandez Armas.
