The Board of Directors of the Company has approved on 26th January 2022 to launch a programme to buy back the Company's treasury shares (the "Share Buyback Programme", or the "Programme"), pursuant to the authorisation granted by the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on 29 May 2020, under item Seventh of its agenda.
